摘　　要：为了培养学生的综合素质,提高应用型本科院校毕业设计的质量,探索了毕业设计的团队培养模式。实践表明,团队培养模式是毕业设计的有效形式,不仅培养了学生的团队协作精神、实践能力和创新能力,而且明显提高了毕业设计的质量。In order to cultivate students comprehensive capabilities and improve the graduation project quality of application-oriented undergraduate,we have researched team-cultivation models for graduation project of application-oriented undergraduate.Practice shows that team-cultivation model is an effective form of graduation project.It can not only improve the students teamwork spirit,practice and innovation ability effectively,but also improve the quality of graduation project significantly.
