摘　　要：21世纪金融全球化的发展要求高校培养出具有全球视野、能够适应国际竞争的高素质金融人才,这对金融专业人才的培养模式提出了新的挑战。高等学校金融学专业人才培养模式是指高等学校根据金融专业人才培养目标和质量标准,为学生设计的知识、能力和素质结构以及怎样实现这种结构的方式。因此,高等学校应该确立正确的培养目标,设置合理的课程体系,改革教学方法和手段,建立完善的教育评价体系,以建立金融学专业人才培养新模式。Finance undergraduate are required to have a global vision and ability to adapt to international competition with the development of financial globalization.This raises a new challenge to our training model.College finance professional training model refers to the structure of knowledge,ability and diathesis designing for the students,and measures of achieving this structure.This model is based on the goals and quality standards of our personnel-training program.Therefore,correct training target,reasonable ...
