摘　　要：采用了VB.NET 2008作为开发语言,SQL Server 2005作为后台数据库,ASP.NET作为开发环境设计了中小型水利工程管理系统,解决了水利资料统计、检索等关键技术问题。This article uses VB.NET as the development language,SQL Server 2005 as the database and ASP.NET as the development environment to design a MIS of medium/small-sized water conservancy project,and resolved some key technology questions such as statistics and search in the process of the realization.
