摘　　要：本文通过对碳钢化学镀镍层结构及性能进行综合分析,避免了传统湿化学法的操作繁琐、周期长等不足,利用X射线荧光光谱仪,采用单标FP法,通过选择最佳的2θ角及PHD、采用基体校正等手段,建立碳钢化学镀镍层中高磷含量的快速荧光分析方法。该方法能够快速、准确地分析出镀镍层中的各种成分,完全满足化学分析的要求,保证了镀镍层的质量。This paper tells a measurement method to analysis the high content of Phosphor in nickel layer of steel by Fluorescent X-ray.The method avoids complex procedure and long period in tradition chemic analyze.The method uses the single standard FP,the fitting 2θangle,pulse height analyses and so on by colligate analyzing the structure and capability of nickel layer of steel.The method can get fleetly a exact phosphor composition,meeting entirety the requirement of chemistry analyze,ensure the quality of nickel ...
