摘　　要：新建本科院校在大学生实践-创新能力培养的探索中存在一些问题。经过两年多的探索,西安文理学院以院校课题总结出一套切合新建本科院校实际、具有自身特色的"3-6-3"大学生实践-创新能力培养模式,为新建本科院校人才培养提供一种的思路和探索。There are some problems in students practice in the New undergraduate institutions-the exploration of creative ability,.After more than two years of exploration,we construct a set of "3-6-3" innovative training model to meet the new reality in student practice in undergraduate institutions with its own characteristics,which provides a train of thought and exploration for it
