摘　　要：细胞生物学实验是学生了解细胞相关的知识和技能最直接有效的手段,如何在有限的时间内让学生了解到更多的实验知识及掌握更多的实验技能,对实验教学方法不断改进显得非常重要.本人结合自身教学经历,对细胞生物学实验课程中的两个常规实验方法进行了改进,并对实验课教学的方法提取了自己的观点与建议.Experiment is a direct and efficient way for student to understand and grasp cell biology knowledge. It is important to modify the teaching methods for making students gain as much knowledge and technique as possible in limited study period. According to their own teaching experiences, the authors modify the methods of two routine experiment methods in Cell Biology Experiment. Viewpoints and suggestions on the teaching of experiment course are also proposed.
