摘　　要：甘薯糖蛋白是一种独特粘蛋白,是甘薯重要生理活性物质,具有重要生理作用和药用价值。该文综述甘薯糖蛋白化学组成及其生物学功效,并介绍有关研究热点。The sweet-potato glycosidoprotein is a kind of mucoprotein,is an important biological activecomposition in sweet-potato,it has been provided with important physiology health function and medicinal properties.Based on the latest research result in recent 10 years,this text provides an overview of the chemical constituents and their biological effects.In the end,the paper points out their hot areas also.
