摘　　要：本文一反传统的应用翻译归化论而提出异化观,并以顺应论为理据,以《中国国家地理——选美中国特辑》的英译为个案实例,探讨社交语境顺应、认知语境顺应、心理语境顺应、语言语境顺应在异化翻译中的作用。This paper puts forward the perception of foreignization in pragmatic translation against the traditional perception of domestication and applies Verschueren s adaptation theory to the study.It analyses the pragmatic effect of adaptation to social context, cognitive context, mental context and linguistic context based on the case study of Chinese National Geography—Scenic Splendor of China.
