护理人员接触高毒性药物防护污染情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查护理操作中护士被细胞毒性药物污染的现状。方法:自行设计调查问卷,在沧州市二级甲等以上医院的相关科室护理人员中进行随机问卷调查。结果:本次共调查护理人员118名,分析整理出有效答卷102张,显示护理人员在配制药物操作中被污染及误伤的情况十分严重。结论:调查提示护理人员在工作中自身防护意识淡薄,护理人员对细胞毒性药物知识尚缺乏;操作中受污染、被误伤情况严重;治疗室环境、设备条件简陋。此种现状应引起全体护理同仁的高度关注。建议各医院改善药物配制室的环境设备条件,加强防护知识的学习,避免护理操作中的污染、误伤。Objectives: To investigate the conditions that the nurses were polluted or damaged by cell toxic drugs during medication. Methods: Nurses serviced in the related departments of the second and third grade hospitals in Cangzhou City were surveyed randomly. The questionnaire was designed by the authors based on related knowledge and theories. Results: 118 nurses were investigated and there were 102 effective questionnaires. The outcomes indicated that nurses were polluted or stabbed severely during diaspense. Conclusion: The nurses' self- protection consciousness was weak and lack of knowledge about cell toxic drugs. They were polluted or stabbed severely during diaspense. The equipments of operating- room were badly. All these conditions should be pay more attention to by overall nursing staffs. The authors suggested that the operating - room should be better equipped, the nurses should study more knowledge about cell toxic drugs and the pollution and stabs should be avoided during diaspense.
