摘　　要：加入WTO对我国教育培训工作提出了新的要求。新形势下进一步推进高等教育大众化,必须着力加强以任职资格为核心的教育培训体系建设,借鉴国际经验,以国际化带动和提升我国教育培训,努力构建自主发展、特色鲜明的现代培训体系。Vocational training in China is faced with new demands caused by China's entrance to WTO and how to survive and achieve prosperity has now become a big challenge to Chinese Higher education. Based on these facts, the paper proposes a new set of vocational training mode, which attaches greatest importance to vocational qualification and Chinese characteristics while following the world vocational trend and exploiting foreign vocational training experiences.
