摘　　要：受到必然来临的教育国际化的挑战,非定向师范将成为师范教育在市场经济条件下发展并促使师范人格转变、丰富、提升的重要契机与力量。而新教育观念的形成、非定向师范教育建设的多元投入机制尤其是综合性大学的参与、师范教育由数量向质量发展的契机及教育评估体系的市场机制取向将是具体而实际的促进这一变化的重要因素。The paper proposes that nondirectional normal education, to meet the demand of increasing globalized education, must take advantage of every opportunity and challenge to achieve sound development in the economic marketing context so as to bring about the improvement, enrichment and enhancement of normal education personality, and to conform to the world trend of personalized normal education. It also explores a variety of effective ways to ensure such a development of normal education personality.
