现阶段我国失业问题加剧的原因分析

摘　　要：人口增长对经济发展的持续的压力、经济发展过程中的结构性问题、体制转轨过程中机制转换和竞争加剧以及我国的高劳动参与率等是现阶段我国失业加剧的主要原因。This paper analyses the aggravation of unemployment at the present stage in China. The situation is attributed to several factors such as consistent pressure on economic development exerted by the population growth, structural problems appeared in the economic development, mechanism transformation and increased competition in the transition of social systems, and finally the high rate of population who engage in work.
