摘　　要：本文主要介绍什么是软件成熟度模型 ,它是如何发展起来的 ,它的五级模型是什么 ,各有什么特点 ,以及研究CMM对组织软件过程能力和软件质量的作用 ,CMM对软件的开发和维护如何进行监控和研究 ,使其更加科学化、标准化 ,使企业能够更好地实现商业目标。This essay is a brief introduction to Capability Maturity Model for Software (CMM) with focus on its development, its five models, their respective features, its capability in executing software process, and its effect on software qualities. The essay also discusses how CMM monitors the process in the development and maintenance of software with a view to making CMM more scientific and more standardized so that enterprises can better achieve its commercial objectives.
