摘　　要：终身教育是人类自我完善、自我进步的需求。从现阶段我国的国情看 ,建立面向知识经济的终身教育体系是任重而道远的 ,这不是自发、自觉的形成 ,而是有很多不容忽视的难点 ,尤其是在立法、管理机构和保障机制几方面 ,需要我们研究和解决这些问题 。Full-life education is the need of mans self-perfect and self-improvement.From our countrys present situation,establishing the knowledgeable economy system is the important and difficult.Its not formed consciously but facing many unignorant difficulties,especially in legislation,managing organization and guaranty system.We need study and solve these difficulties to construct an effective full-life education system.
