摘　　要：目的探讨肌钙蛋白-T对肝硬变(liver cirrhosis,LC)肝组织血液循环的调节作用。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法,观察肌钙蛋白-T在LC肝组织中的表达变化,并结合体视学分析技术,对LC肝窦病变进行定量分析。结果LC肝组织(包括LC前期重度脂肪变)的肝窦个数明显减少,而总面积及平均直径则明显增大。肝窦有阻塞、扩张及毛细血管化等病变,且主要位于血管周围。血管内皮及窦内皮细胞、扩张及毛细血管化的肝窦周围的肝细胞肌钙蛋白-T强阳性表达,纤维带亦示强阳性表达。结论 LC时肝脏血液循环发生障碍,促使肝脏分泌肌钙蛋白-T,作用于转化的成肌纤维细胞,以收缩血管及扩张的肝窦。Objectives To study the regulating role of troponin T in blood circulation in liver cirrhosis (LC). Methods The changes of troponin T expression in liver tissues were observed by immunohistochemical staining. Stereology was performed for quantitative analysis of sinusoidal diseases in LC. Results In LC or in severe steatosis the number of liver sinusoid decreased while the total surface area and the mean diameter increased significantly. The abnormalities of obstruction, dialation, and capillary formation located mainly surrounding the vessels in sinusoids observed. Troponin T expressions in vascular and sinusoidal endothelial cells, hepatocytes surrounding the dialated and capillarized sinusoids and on the fiber zone were all positive. Conclusions Disturbed hepatic blood circulation in LC may lead to troponin T secretion. It acts on the conversed myofiberblasts causing vessel contraction and liver sinusoid dialatation.
