摘 要:目的 用近红外漫反射光谱法鉴别中药红曲 ,为生药鉴定提供一种新的方法。方法 采用聚类分析方法进行定性鉴别。结果 可以有效地鉴别不同种的红曲 ,结果与形态学、扫描电镜的检验结果一致。结论 近红外漫反射光谱法是一种快速、简便、低耗的新型分析技术 。Objective To establish a clustering analysis by near infrared diffuse reflectance spectrometry in order to provide a new procedure to identification of the Chinese traditional medicine, Red Kojic. Methods Near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy combining with clustering analysis was used to identification of Red Kojic made by fermenting one of 7 species Monascus including M. aurantiacus Lee, M. rubropanctatus Sato, M. albidus Sato, M. barkeri Dangerd, M. ruber van Tieghem, M. purpureus Went and M. fuliginosus Sato. Results There exist obviously differences that we can distinguish easily to the Red Kojic from different species. The results are consistent with that of morphologic study and analyzing with scanning electron microscope. Conclusions This method is a new rapid, simple and low cost assay technique being able to using to the quality control of Red Kojic.
