摘　　要：提出了管理制度收益的经济含义、特点,分析了管理制度的构成与评价,结合重组过程中的高校管理制度,指出了管理制度收益的实现途径。This article discussed what 'the revenue of the Management System during the College Reorganization & Amalgamation Process' is, analyzed its composition and the existent problems, and gave some suggestions on how to reduce it.
