摘　　要：侦查圈套是一种极富争议的侦查方法。它是必要且有效的,但其欺瞒性与刑事诉讼中的诚信原则存在冲突。在立法上明确规定侦查圈套的正当性标准,根据诚信原则尽可能抑制侦查圈套的弊端,是侦查法治的必然要求。The police entrapment is one of the controversial methods of criminal investigation.To a degree,it is necessary and effective in criminal investigation, however, it conflicts with the doctrine of bona fide in criminal action. A clear prescription on the legal criterion and the strict limitations of using entrapments are required by the legalization of criminal investigation.
