摘　　要：本文通过简析国内外高职教育发展的脉络,对国内外高职教育进行了比较研究。同时,阐述了我国水利类高职高专教育的历史沿革及发展进程。通过上述研究,为水利类高职高专教育的未来取向提供参考依据。This article makes a comparative study of the Vocational College education at domestic and foreign by analyzing its course of development. At the same time, it also analyzes the history and development of water conservancy Vocational Colleges in China. It provides a new orientation for vocational education.
