摘　　要：目的研究中药红曲的形态学特征。方法 以几种常见红曲霉标准株为基原菌,采用纯化菌种法制备红曲,并进行性状鉴定、粉末鉴别等研究。结果不同红曲之间的性状及菌丝、分生孢子、闭囊壳和子囊孢子等形态学特征存在一定的差异,据此可对红曲进行区分和鉴别。结论 中药红曲的形态学特征研究为有效控制其质量提供了科学依据。Objective Study on the physiological characteristics of Hongqu. Methods Seven ordinary standard species of monascus were tested and the description and identification of power of Hongqu made by the method of pure fungi were done with stereopsis microscope and scanning electronic microscope. Results There exist some difference among several common Hongqu in morphologic characteristics including the description, the shape of hypha, conidiophore, cleistothecium, ascospores and so on, Conclusions There are valuable of the physiological characteristics of Hongqu for the quality control of Hongqu.
