摘　　要：本文通过对多年来部分中长跑运动员运用各种战术实例的研究分析,进一步认识不同类型的运动员参赛战术的 运用特征,为中长跑运动员在各级比赛上提高参赛能力和获得最好成绩提供一定的参考依据。In this text it's analyzes further that different types of players have different feathers in applying tactics in games according to the study of Combination of tactical samples which some middle and long distance runners apply in many years. These provide reference basis for Chinese runners in games at all levels so that they could increase the combat effectiveness and achieve great success.
