摘　　要：腐败现象是我国当前面临的最大的社会污染和政治挑战。只有从腐败的源头抓起,对制度进行创新,才能有效地 遏制腐败的蔓延。本文通过引入上海市近年来所采取的防范腐败的制度创新,对如何从机制上防腐作了有益的探讨。The corruption results in the critical social pollution and political challenge in our country . It is nothing but erazing corruption at the beginning and innovating the institution that can curb the extension of corruption. In this article some methods of institutional innovation practiced in Shanghai is introduced to improve the performance of preventing corruption and some helpful discussions are stated to prevent the corruption.
