河南省中等职业技术教育发展存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：通过对全省18个地市部分中等职业技术学校以及168个人才交流中介机构的访问和调查,简要总结了我省中等职业教育取得的成绩,同时提出了在职业教育观念、职业学校经费、师资队伍建设、教学方法、学校规模和生源、专业设置以及毕业生就业出路等方面存在的问题,并作了对策分析。On the basis of the visits and researches on part of the secondary professional technical schools in the 18 districts and cities, and on the basis of the visits and researches on the 168 intermediary qualified personnel exchange centers, this article makes a brief summary of the achievements gained in the secondary professional tech-nical education in our province. It also points out the problems in the concepts of professional education, the funds of the professional schools, the construction of the teaching staffs, the methods of teaching, the sizes of the schools, the sources of their students, the specialities to be offered and the ways to obtain employment for the graduates. It also makes an analysis of the countermeasures concerned.
