摘　　要：加入WTO后，中国建筑业面临广阔的发展空间和更加剧烈的市场竞争。结合我国建筑业的现状，提出了建筑承包企业的发展对策。After China's entry into WTO, its contract building enterprises are faced with extensive development space and stronger market competition. Development countermeasures of China's contract building enterprises are presented according to the present situation of our building industry.
