对高等工程教育开展国际合作与交流工作的思考

摘　　要：国际化成为世界一流大学的显性特征。高等工程教育要实现三个面向必须积极开展国际合作与交流。针对当前高等工程教育国际合作与交流工作中需要引起重视的问题和工作要求 ,必须从战略高度重视和做好国际合作与交流工作 ,加快推进高等工程教育教学改革的步伐。要建立高等工程院校国际合作与交流高效的运行机制 ,并开展激励机制研究。在具备自身特色的基础上开展国际合作与交流工作是新世纪赋予高等工程院校的重任。Globalization has become a dominant character of world first-class universities. It is essential to take an aetive part in international cooperation and exchanges in order to realize the 'Three Facings' in higher engineering education. In the light of the present situation and working requirements in this field, great attention should be paid to international cooperation and exchanges strategically so as to speed up our higher education reform. Accordingly, it is imperative for higher engineering institutions to improve and strengthen the working system, to establish encouragement mechanism, and to take advantage of their own characteristics and opportunity of the new era in carrying out international cooperation and exchanges.
