摘　　要：高校图书馆目前迫切需要解决的是文献供求矛盾突出的问题,在学校素质教育中如何发挥作用的问题以及提高工作人员素质等现实问题。The existing problems crying for solution in university libraries are proposed in this article.The most important problem among them is the clash between the supplying and demand of documents.The problems of the role of libraries in education for all round development and those of the improvement of personnel quality are also raised in the article.
