摘　　要：目的研究伤寒沙门氏菌的快速检测方法。方法采用PCR技术通过两对引物扩增伤寒沙门氏菌鞭毛抗原基因 VI区一段特异性 DNA片段及invA和 invE DNA版段,并用其它致病菌作为对照。结果仅伤寒沙门氏菌各出现一条特异性扩增带,与已知阳性对照相符,确定为阳性。结论该PCR方法可用于伤寒沙门氏菌的快速检验,具有抗干扰性强、灵敏性高的特点。To explore a rapid, economical and sensitive procedures for detection of Salmonella ty-phi. Methods A method of using rapid PCR was established to detect the sequence of the chromosomal VI、invE and irw A gene in S. typhi.The PCR amplified the two fragments of 458-bp and 457-bp of the VTI、invE and invA gene respectively. By the DNA marker or known size fragments, the bacteria were determined if the same size bands were found,respectively, via electrophoresis. Conclusion The result shows that the method is not only highly specific and sensitive,but also capable of providing a clear-cut result within 24 hours after the sample was submitted.It is capable of detecting the pathogenic 5. typhi in the sample.
