摘　　要：文章从知识、学习和管理三者的关系出发 ,结合高科技企业特点和发展前景 ,提出在高科技企业中建构学习型管理团队模式 ,加强管理团队学习 ,以促进我国高科技企业良性、持续地发展。The article tries to probe into the successful access to high tech industry from the interrelation between knowledge, learning and management, combining high tech enterprise's characters and development prospects. It's necessary to build learning management team in the high tech enterprise and to enhance the learning of high tech enterprise's management team, so all works is to promote development of high tech enterprise normally and continuously.
