浅谈铅球最后用力的几个问题

摘　　要：铅球运动技术和运动成绩日新月异。怎样改进和完善铅球投掷技术,创造更好的成绩,是体育工作者颇为关心的问题。影响铅球成绩的因素主要是:铅球的出手初速度、出手角度和出手高度,而影响这三个方面的又有多方面因素。本文通过查阅大量相关资料,从出手角度、最后用力的工作距离和时间、铅球最后用力上升的高度等方面,从运动生物力学的角度来谈谈自己粗浅的看法。The techniques and performance of shot put have changed with each passing day. Those physical educational workers are concerned with the problem as to how to improve and perfect shot put techniques in order to achieve better results. The main factors, which affect shop put, are: the initial velocity, angel of throwing and the height of throwing. However, these three factors depend on more elements. With the help of substantial related references, the author would like to dwell on such aspects from the angel of sports biomechanics as the initial velocity, the working distance and time of final push and the height of ascending shot under the final push.
