摘  要:介绍了自由基的产生及对人体的危害,并全面论述了运动与自由基的关系。指出应根据年龄,选择适当的体育运动,以减少自由基损害;通常长期有氧代谢运动可激活人体抗氧化酶的活性并提高酶的合成量,清除新陈代谢和剧烈运动时产生的大量自由基,降低细胞LPO水平,预防衰老,增进健康。This review introduces the generation of free radicals and its harm to human body, and discusses the relationship between free radicals and exercise. It is suggested that people should select appropriate type of exercise according to age in order to reduce free radical-mediated damage. It is indicated that long-lasting and oxygenic metabolism exercise may activate antioxidant enzyme activities and raise quantity of this kind of enzyme synthesis. It can also eliminate the amount of free radicals produced by both metabolism and heavy physical activity, reduce the level of lipid peroxidation (LPO) in cell and against aging as well as improve health.
