摘　　要：混沌控制是非线性科学应用的新研究领域,被誉为是继相对论和量子力学问世以来,二十世纪物理学中的第三次革命。Chuos theory is a new research field in non -linear science. It is considered to be the third revolution in physics of the 20th century after the Theory oi Relativity and quantum mechanics came out . This text starts with discussing characteristic and method of chaos - controlleds and have explained the application of the chaos - controlled theory in the array predicting of non - linoar time, information storing, pronunciation and vision compressing , signal medsuring and raluation.
