摘　　要：以大学生的年龄、生理、心理特点为切入点,对健美操运动员的选材进行分析和讨论。提出了在身体形态、身体素质、心理品质、运动能力、动作表现力和健美操意识等多方面进行选材的方法。This paper discusses about the topic of material - choosing of aerobics sportsman, from the perspective of collegestudentsage,physiological and psychological features. A multi -fold method is proposed that the materials can be chosen ac-cording to the physical shape, physical nature, psychological quality, athletic ability, and aerobics awarenese etc.
