摘　　要：根管治疗是目前牙髓病和根尖周病最有效的治疗方法。随着根管治疗理论和技术的推陈出新,现代根管治疗的理念和地位逐步确立和推广。新的技术、器械和材料的不断涌现使现代根管治疗术更加可靠,成功率显著提高。本文从理论和临床两方面对现代根管治疗技术进行介绍。Root canal therapy is currently the most effective treatment for pulpal and periapical diseases.With the innovation of endodontic therories and techniques,the concept of contemporary root canal therapy has been established and promoted gradually.Advances in endodontic technology,instruments,and materials have increased the safety and clinical success rate of root canal therapy.This article reviews the recent theoretical research and clinical practices of contemporary root canal therapy.
