摘　　要：本文以忙时无线资源和话务量的平均分布为模型,结合半速率、动态数据PDCH信道使用量、语音和数据话务量分布等对GSM网络无线利用率拐点、系统扩容门限进行了分析研究。结论为数据业务质量变差的拐点发生在单小区无线利用率超过110%,为确保客户通信质量,建议全网无线利用率达70%时需进行工程扩容,单小区无线利用率达100%时需进行优化扩容。Accoding to the model of the average distribution of the wireless resource and voice traffic in busy hour, we discussed the inflection point of wireless resource efficiency and the enlarging threshold for GSM network, in association with the half-rate, the used dynamic PDCH, the distributing of voice and data traffic.
