摘　　要：近年来,我国政府对企业实施的环境规制虽然取得了一定的效果,但仍然缺乏效率。因此,通过对我国环境规制的现状和环境规制低效的原因进行分析,结合我国经济发展的现状,对制定适用于我国的高效的环境规制政策提出对策建议。In recent years,although the China s environmental regulatory policies have made some progress,it still lacks of efficiency.Therefore,by analyzing the present situation of China s environmental regulation and the reasons for the vain efficiency of environmental regulations,according to the present situation of economic development in China,some advices are put forward for making our environmental regulation policies more effective.
