摘　　要：加大刑事执行监督工作力度,严格对生效裁判及裁判确定的附加刑的检察,是驻监检察部门履行法律监督职能的一项重要工作。由于异地犯罪的前科认定依赖罪犯口供、刑事诉讼后道程序对前置程序过分依赖以及监督成效的实现某种程度上还依赖于审判机关的配合等原因,导致检察监督渠道不畅通,监督不全面、不到位,监督权威被弱化等问题。因此,对这些抗诉案件进行例行的分析并寻求科学的对策,能有效提高检察监督的力度和水平。Strengthening the supervision work of criminal implementation and strictly inspecting the effective judgment and its additional penalties is an important job for prosecutorial departments stationed in jail in carrying out their function of legal supervision.However,the confirmation of criminal records of the crimes of other places depends on the testimony of the criminals,the afterward procedure of criminal litigations excessively relies on its prepositive procedure,and the achievement of supervision effect...
