摘　　要：目的:观察不同剂量黄芪水提物对体外培养人宫颈癌Hela细胞的抑制作用。方法:采用倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学变化,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率,MTT法检测黄芪对宫颈癌Hela细胞生长的影响。结果:黄芪抑制Hela细胞的生长,且呈剂量依赖性。黄芪促进Hela细胞的凋亡,且随着时间的延长,凋亡细胞比例明显增加。结论:黄芪对宫颈癌Hela细胞有明显抑制生长和促凋亡作用,且呈时间、剂量依赖性。Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of aqueous extract from Astragalus in different dose on Hela cells cultured in vitro.Methods: The cell morphology was observed with inverted microscope.The apoptosis rate of Hela cells was detected by flow cytometry.The effect of aqueous extract from Astragalus on Hela cell proliferation was determined by MTT assay.Results: Aqueous extract from Astragalus inhibited obviously the proliferation of Hela cells in a dose dependent manner.It could induce apoptosis of Hela cells in a time dependent manner.Conclusion: Aqueous extract from Astragalus can suppress obviously proliferation of cervical cancer cells and induce apoptosis.
