摘　　要：目的探讨Snail基因在不同分化程度人胃癌细胞中的表达及意义。方法分别以0ng/ml、5ng/ml、10ng/mlTGF-β1处理未分化、低分化、中分化的人胃癌细胞株,RT-PCR法测定Snail基因的表达。结果在0ng/ml浓度TGF-β1刺激下,不同分化程度人胃癌细胞SnailmRNA表达有显著性差异,随着肿瘤分化程度的降低,SnailmRNA表达水平增高;在5ng/ml浓度TGF-β1刺激下,不同分化程度人胃癌细胞SnailmRNA表达有显著性差异,随着肿瘤分化程度的降低,SnailmRNA表达水平增高;在10ng/ml浓度TGF-β1刺激下,不同分化程度人胃癌细胞SnailmRNA表达有显著性差异,随着肿瘤分化程度的降低,SnailmRNA表达水平增高。结论 Snail在分化程度越低的胃癌细胞中表达水平越高,Snail可以作为判断肿瘤恶性程度的辅助标志。Objective To detect the expression of Snail gene in hetero differentiation gastric cells.Methods To treat undefferentiation、poor differentiation、moderately differentiated gastric cells with different concentration of TGF-β1(0 ng/ml、5 ng/ml、10 ng/ml).Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used to test the mRNA expressions of Snail.Results The 0 ng/ml concentration of TGF-β1 stimulated with different degree of differentiation expression of human gastric cancer cell,the expression of SnailmRNA is significant difference,with the lower degree of differentiation,the expression of SnailmRNA increased;The 5ng/ml concentration of TGF-β1 stimulated with different degree of differentiation expression of human gastric cancer cell,the expression of SnailmRNA is significant difference,with the lower degree of differentiation,the expression of SnailmRNA increased;The 10ng/ml concentration of TGF-β1 stimulated with different degree of differentiation expression of human gastric cancer cell,the expression of SnailmRNA is significant difference,with the lower degree of differentiation,the expression of SnailmRNA increased.Conclusion the expression of Snail in the lower degree of differentiation of gastric cancer cells is higher,Snail may take auxiliary symbol judging the tumor malignant degree
