血管内皮生长因子C在食管鳞癌组织中表达及与其临床病理特征的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨食管鳞癌组织中血管内皮生长因子C表达及与其临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化法,检测173例食管鳞癌组织中血管内皮生长因子C的表达,并分析其与临床病理因素的关系。结果食管鳞癌组织中VEGF-C表达率达83.24%,VEGF-C表达与患者年龄、性别、血型、肿瘤直径、肿瘤部位、大体分型、浸润深度、组织学分级无统计学意义(P>0.05);而与淋巴结转移、病理学分期有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论食管鳞癌中VEGF-C呈高表达,其在淋巴结转移中起重要作用。Objective To study the expression of VEGF-C in the tissues from the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and analyze its correlation with the clinicopathological factors.Methods The expression of VEGF-C was detected by immunohistochemial staining in the tissues from 173 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Restults The positive expression rate of VEGF-C in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was 83.24%.No significant correlation was found between the VEGF-C expression and age,sex,blood type,tumor diameter,location,tumor gross type,infiltration depth,and histological grade of the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P>0.05).There was a significant correlation between VEGF-C expression and lymph node metastasis as well as pathological stage(P<0.01).Conclusion There is high expression of VEGF-C in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,and it play an important role in lymph node metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
