摘　　要：目的探讨改良SIMLE方案治疗结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤鼻型的近期疗效、不良反应和可行性。方法 2008年11月～2010年1月,2例复治、3例初治的Ⅲ、Ⅳ期ENKTL-NT患者,接受改良SMILE方案治疗。结果 5例患者中,CR1例,PR2例,近期总有效率60%。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、肝功能受损。结论改良SMILE方案对于复发难治性及晚期ENKTL-NT患者有一定疗效,但剂量、时间及用法值得深入探讨。Objective To discuss the short-term efficacy,adverse effects and practicability of modified SMILE protocol in the treatment of nasal type,extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma.Methods From November 2008 to January 2010,5 patients with stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ ENKTL-NT were involved in this study.Among them,2 patients were retreated after recurrence and 3 patients were newly diagnosed.All patients were treated with modified SMILE protocol.Results Among the 5 patients,1 patient achieved complete remission,2 patients achieved partial remission.The overall response rate for whole group was 60%.Major toxicities included bone marrow suppression and hepatic toxicities.Conclusion Modified SMILE protocol is an effective treatment regimen for relapsed,refractory and advanced stage patients with ENKTL-NT.Yet the dose,time and usage about modified SMILE protocol need further study.
