摘　　要：在护理专业免疫学理论课、实验课及课外辅导课的教学中,运用基于计算机辅助教学(CAI)的以问题为基础学习(PBL)的教学模式,并采用理论测评和问卷调查方法将该教学模式与传统以授课为基础学习(LBL)的教学模式相比较,提出了PBL教学模式在突出学生学习主体地位,调动学生学习积极性,提高学生自主解决问题能力等方面的独特优势,同时指出了该教学模式在运用过程中的问题以及对策。This paper introduces the practice of problem-based learning(PBL) teaching approach based on com-puter-aided instruction(CAI) in medical immunology teaching,experiments in classroom and after school tutor-ship for college nursing program.By means of theoretical survey and questionnaire of survey,compared with lecture-based learning(LBL) approach,the new approach has some special advantages,including giving promi-nence to student’s principal part,motivating their learning enthusiasm and improving their abili...
