摘　　要：根据新形势下高校贫困生特点,对贫困生在思想、心理、精神等素质方面存在的问题分析,提出高校在完善贫困生资助工作的同时,要重视和加强贫困生素质教育,培养正确的人生价值观,提高综合能力,促使他们全面发展。According to the characteristics of underprivileged students in colleges and universities in the new situation,an analysis is made of such problems as those existing in thought,mental state and spirit.It is put forward that we should emphasize and reinforce the education forall-round devel-opment of the underprivileged students,foster correct life value,raise their comprehensive ability,and make them develop holistically while colleges and universities are perfecting funding for the un-derprivileged student...
