佐匹克隆与艾司唑仑治疗老年失眠症的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较佐匹克隆与艾司唑仑治疗老年失眠症的疗效与不良反应比较。方法对96例老年失眠症患者,随机分为佐匹克隆组(48例)与艾司唑仑组(48例),疗程2周。采用睡眠状况问卷自评量表(SRSS)于治疗前后评定临床疗效,用治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果两组均有显著疗效,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。SRSS评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01)。两组TESS评分的比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论佐匹克隆在治疗失眠症方面与艾司唑仑疗效相当,但副作用小、安全性好,是一种有效、耐受性好的治疗失眠症的药物。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of zopiclone and estazolum in the treatment of elderly patients with insomnia. Methods 96 elderly patients with insomnia were randomly assigned into zopiclone group and estazolum group, treated for 2 weeks. Self-rating scale of sleep (SRSS) and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects. Results Zopiclone and estazolum played the same treatment on insomnia, and show no significant difference (P>0.05). The score of SRSS of both groups significantly decreased after treatment. There were significant difference between the two groups in TESS (P<0.01). Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of zopiclone to treat insomnia is similar to that of estazolum,but it has less side effiects, better compliance. Zopiclone is an effective drug for the treatment of insomnia.
