摘　　要：研究了一大类非协调、非常规板元的统一构造方法并阐明了 Irons分片检查在这些板元构造的过程中所起的重要作用 ,此外还讨论了建立非协调、非常规板元库软件包中各单元模块的设计思路。The content in this paper is the engineering aspects on analysis of nonconforming and unconventional Kirchhoff plate elements.At first we study the unifying construction technique of aclass of nonconforming and unconventional Kirchhoff plate elements,next we explain that Irons' Patch Test plays an important role upon the construction of the elements,and finally we provide a solution of designing the package of the plate elements.
