摘　　要：研究了一大类非协调、非常规板元的统一构造方法并阐明了 Irons分片检查在这些板元构造的过程中所起的重要作用 ,此外还讨论了建立非协调、非常规板元库软件包中各单元模块的设计思路。The content in this paper is the engineering aspects on analysis of nonconforming and unconventional Kirchhoff plate elements.At first we study the unifying construction technique of a class of nonconforming and unconventional Kirchhoff plate elements,next we explain that Irons' Patch Test plays an important role upon the construction of the elements,and finally we provide a solution of designing the package of the plate elements.
