摘　　要：亚半正定阵的等价条件与亚半正定阵的左、右特征值问题有解的充要条件 。This paper considers problem I:gives X,Z∈R n×m ;Y,W∈R n×l ,find A∈R n×n 0,so that AX=Z,Y TA=W T,Where R n×n 0={A|A∈R n×n ,X TAX≥0,X∈R n×1 } .The equal condition of semipositive subdefinite matrix and the necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of problem I are obtained,the expression of the general solution of problem I is also given.
