摘 要:本文主要使用资料分析法对中、美两国学生创造能力培养的一些主要差异进行了研究。结果显示 :我国学生创造能力的培养的起始时间严重地滞后 ;培养对象只集中在大学本科以上的高级人才。这必将失去了创造能力培养的最佳时机和降低整体的国民素质。此外 ,在以英才教育为目标的应试教育体制下 ,格式化、标准化和超常的认同已严重地抑制了学生的逆向思想和想象能力的发展 ,即使在实施素质教育的现阶段 ,学生的实用技能的培养也缺少创造的因素。本文对如何培养创造能力进行了充分的理论分析 ,并提出了一些可供参考的建议。By means of data analysis,the article has made a study of the major differences in the cultivation of creativity of the students between China and USA.The study shows that the starting time for cultivating the students creativity in our country lags far behind USA and that the objects of cultivation only focus on students above university level.This means a miss of the best time for cultivating creativity and meanwhile a decline in quality of the commonwealth.Moreover,under the examination orientated educational system which aims at cultivation of outstanding persons,the development of converse thinking and imagination for the students has been badly restrained by formatting,standardization and exceeding self identity.Even at the present stage of implementiny quality orientated education,the training of practical skills still lacks creativity.The article has made a theoretical analysis of how to cultivate creativity and also brought forward some suggestions for reference.
