摘　　要：根据神华煤的煤质特征及成浆性特点筛选和确定添加剂的类型,通过优化磺化剂用量、磺化温度、磺化水解酸度、甲醛用量及缩合时间等反应条件最终研制出分散性优良的、性价比高的神华煤专用高效水煤浆添加剂。The type of additive was selected and determined according to the coal characteristics and slurry ability of Shenhua coal,the reaction condition including sulfonating agent dosage,sulfonated temperature,the acidity of hydrolysis,formaldehyde dosage and the time of condensation were optimized,and the special high efficiency additives for superior dispersing property and higher ratio of performance to price for Shenhua coal water slurry was manufactured finally.
