摘　　要：介绍了"审证求因"这一中医学临证方法在宋金元时期几部典型伤寒学著作如《伤寒总病论》、《南阳活人书》、《伤寒发微论》、《伤寒明理论》中的体现,以简单反映审证求因理论在这一时期的发展。The paper introduced the literatures on 'identification of cause according to syndrome differenciation' in Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties.Some typical books about cold attack,such as Shang Han Zong Bing Lun,Nan Yang Huo Ren Shu,Shang Han Fa Wei Lun and Shang Han Ming Li Lun,which can fully reflect the fact that the TCM theory of 'identification of cause according to syndrome differentiation' developed well in that period.
