摘　　要：本文以知识经济为背景,以无形资产这一知识经济中的核心概念为主线,阐述了无形资产在知识经济中的作用。围绕无形资产,对知识资产、知识产权、无形资本、人力资源及人力资本这些概念进行了辩析,并对它们之间内存在逻辑关系进行了分析。The paper,based on the background of Knowledge economy and the concept of intangible assets,discusses the roles of intangible assets in knowledge economy.Then the paper not only differentiates the concepts:intangible assets,knowledge asset,intellectual property,intangible capital,human resources,and labor capital,etc.but alsoanalyzes their relationships.
